  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the beef mixture: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the onion and garlic. Add zucchini and red bell pepper, sauté until tender.
  3. Combine ingredients: Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
