  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients.
