- 1 cup heavy cream (divided)
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon water
Optional Toppings:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Make the brownie base: Melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate, then mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in flour and salt. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Prepare mousse layers: Soften gelatin, melt chocolate with cream, and fold in whipped cream. Layer dark, milk, and white chocolate mousses over the brownie base.
- Chill and garnish: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours. Remove the pan ring and garnish before serving.
