- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Fries: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for 15-20 more minutes.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk. Cook until thickened, then stir in cheese and seasonings until melted.

Notes
- For extra crispiness, air fry the fries at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
