Description

Fudge:

  • 2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered erythritol or preferred powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

  3. Add Sweeteners: Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.
