Fudge:
- 2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup powdered erythritol or preferred powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add Sweeteners: Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Set and Chill: Pour mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
