Description

This Strawberry Pecan Fudge recipe combines creamy white chocolate with the tangy flavor of freeze-dried strawberries and crunchy pecans, creating a delightful no-bake dessert perfect for holidays or any special occasion. Easy to make and irresistibly rich, this fudge is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth with a fruity twist.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Flavorings

  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside to ensure easy removal of the fudge later.
  2. Melt Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Flavors and Nuts: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute all ingredients.
  4. Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula to create an even layer.
  5. Cool and Chill: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until firm to achieve the perfect texture.
  6. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy. Optionally, garnish with extra crushed strawberries or pecan pieces before chilling for a festive touch.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator; it will keep fresh for up to 1 week.
  • For added decoration and flavor, sprinkle additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries or pecans on top before chilling.
  • This fudge is gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly.
  • Allow the fudge to come to room temperature for a few minutes before serving for softer bites.
