Strawberry Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons strawberry puree
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Add flour, stir until dough forms. Mix in eggs. Pipe dough onto parchment squares. Fry until golden.
- Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, strawberry puree, vanilla, and salt. Dip cooled crullers into glaze.
