Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sour cream
Strawberry Swirl:
- ½ cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter; press into pan; bake.
- Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, flour, sour cream. Pour over crust.
