- Prepare the Brownies: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Spread the Batter: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly to ensure uniform baking.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check that the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan as a sign that they are done. Avoid overbaking to keep the brownies chewy.
- Make the Glaze: While the brownies are baking or cooling, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Adjust milk quantity to achieve a smooth, drizzle-able consistency.
