- 10 oz egg noodles or lo mein noodles, cooked and drained

For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For Cooking:
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Toss the sliced steak with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl; set aside.
- Cook the Protein: Brown the steak in a skillet, then cook the shrimp until pink. Set both aside.
- Stir-Fry: Sauté garlic and ginger, then add bell pepper and snap peas. Return the meat to the pan with cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce and toss until heated through. Add green onions before serving.
