Potatoes:

Corn:

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, sear the steak pieces until browned.
- Prepare Slow Cooker: Place seared steak, potatoes, corn, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Mix Seasonings: Whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until steak is tender and potatoes are cooked.
