Chicken:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker: Arrange the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Prepare the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
