Beef Curry:

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet, brown beef cubes, then transfer to slow cooker.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.
- Add Spices: Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, and tomato paste; cook until fragrant.
