- Mix wet ingredients: In a small bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in melted butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add dry ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix until just incorporated. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Bake: Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
