Description

These Salami Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy appetizer or snack perfect for any gathering. Creamy, tangy, and savory, they are sure to be a hit with your guests.

Ingredients

Scale

Salami Roll-Ups:

  • 12 slices Genoa salami
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red peppers (patted dry)
  • 12 small dill pickle spears or strips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped chives and roasted red peppers until well combined. Lay salami slices flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice. Place a small dill pickle spear at one end of the salami slice and roll up tightly.
  3. Arrange roll-ups seam side down on a plate or platter. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a spicier twist, add a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture or use pepper jack cheese instead.
  • These can also be made with turkey or ham slices for variation.
