  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta

Sauce:

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Instructions
