These Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy appetizer or side dish that’s easy to make. Tender cauliflower florets are seasoned with a blend of spices, roasted until golden brown, and finished with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Main Ingredients:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Roast cauliflower: Spread seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Finish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- You can substitute Parmesan with Pecorino Romano or add red pepper flakes for a spicy variation.
