Description

These Roasted Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy appetizer or side dish that’s easy to make. Tender cauliflower florets are seasoned with a blend of spices, roasted until golden brown, and finished with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Roast cauliflower: Spread seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and roast for another 10 minutes.
  4. Finish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • You can substitute Parmesan with Pecorino Romano or add red pepper flakes for a spicy variation.
