Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Pumpkin Filling: In a small bowl, mix pumpkin purée, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle, spread pumpkin mixture, place another pastry sheet on top, and cut into strips.
- Twist and Bake: Twist each strip, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
