Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, buttermilk, and hot sauce if using. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Coating: Mix the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
