Ingredients
Dough:
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 small onion thinly sliced, 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced, 8 ounces thinly sliced ribeye steak or roast beef, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1½ cups shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft. Add steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Add Filling: Spread the cooled steak mixture over the dough, leaving a border. Sprinkle cheese on top.
