Description

These Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are a simple and healthy frozen dog treat recipe that your furry friend will love. Made with just three ingredients, this easy-to-make snack is perfect for keeping your pup cool and satisfied on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no xylitol)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsalted, no xylitol)
  • 1 ripe banana mashed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and mashed banana. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  3. Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and level the mixture.
  4. Place the mold in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Always use peanut butter and yogurt that do not contain xylitol, as it is toxic to dogs.
  • These treats should be served as an occasional snack, not a meal replacement.
  • If your dog has dietary sensitivities, consult your vet before introducing new treats.
