- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prep the Peaches: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and chopped peaches with the dry vanilla pudding mix and stir until the pudding starts to dissolve.
- Mix the Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Add Final Touches: Gently stir in the mini marshmallows and pecans if using. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
