- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Noodles and Vegetables:
- 12 oz uncooked spaghetti or lo mein noodles
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add chicken and cook until browned.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour over cooked chicken.
- Add Noodles and Broth: Add noodles and chicken broth to the skillet. Cook until noodles are nearly tender.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in carrots and broccoli, and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in green onions, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve hot.

- You can substitute other vegetables like snap peas, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
