For the Goulash:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef and Onion: In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in garlic, then add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Cook Pasta: Stir in macaroni, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese if desired. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
