Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture forms a thick dough.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to firm up.

- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
