For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed (divided)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 12 additional Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine 16 crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust and sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
- For easy removal, line the pan with parchment paper before adding the crust.
- Freeze for firmer slices, but let it soften before serving.
