- Chopped fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish
Instructions
- For the patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form into small patties and cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the potatoes: Parboil the potatoes, then pan-fry with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until golden and crispy. Serve with the mini patties garnished with herbs.
