  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Topping:

  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Rice-A-Roni: Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions; set aside.
