This Loaded Chicken and Cajun Sausage Pasta Casserole is a delicious and comforting one-dish meal that combines tender chicken, spicy Cajun sausage, colorful bell peppers, and creamy cheeses, all baked to perfection.

Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions and parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

  5. Make Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually whisk in milk and cream until thickened. Stir in cheeses until melted.
