Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Cheese and Seasonings: In a medium mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Shape and Bake: Spoon the cheese mixture into 4 large piles on the prepared baking sheet, shaping each into a round about 5 inches wide. Flatten slightly and sprinkle pepperoni evenly over the tops. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
