  • 24 slices pepperoni

Cheese Filling:

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange pepperoni slices: Lay out pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping to form 12 bases.
  3. Prepare cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan until well mixed.
  4. Fill pepperoni cups: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture into the center of each pepperoni base. Fold the edges of the pepperoni up around the filling to create small cups.
  5. Bake: Bake for 6–8 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of pepperoni are crisp.
