- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2½ cups of the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Combine warm milk, melted butter, and egg, then mix into the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth and let rise.
- Make the filling: Mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, sprinkle the sugar mixture and chocolate chips. Roll up and slice.
- Bake: Place the rolls in a baking dish, let rise, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
