For the Chicken Adobo:

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Sear the chicken thighs in the Instant Pot until lightly browned. Set aside.
