Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, honey, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Add Milk and Nuts: Gently fold in milk and nuts if using. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
