- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped cooked sausage (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. Cut into 6 equal rectangles.
- Fill and Seal: Spread sauce on half of each rectangle. Add cheese, toppings, and seasoning. Fold over and seal edges.
