Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Prepare wet mixture: In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Combine ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
