Ingredients

Sirloin Steak:

1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes,

Baby Potatoes:

1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered,

Bell Peppers:

1 red bell pepper, chopped, 1 green bell pepper, chopped,

Onion:

½ red onion, sliced,

Seasonings:

3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper,

Garnish:

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill:
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Prepare the Ingredients:
  4. In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes, potatoes, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
