For the Burgers:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Cooking and Serving:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: tzatziki sauce, sliced cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red onion
Instructions
- Mix the Burger Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, feta, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Burgers: Toast the buns. Place the cooked patties on the buns and add desired toppings like tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion. Serve warm.

- These burgers can also be grilled outdoors.
