For the Burgers:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For Cooking and Serving:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: tzatziki sauce, sliced cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the Burger Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, feta, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side.
