Instructions
- Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, then add the ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes, then simmer for 20–25 minutes.
