Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant. Add shrimp, season, cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add white wine, simmer until slightly reduced. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until thickened. Return shrimp to skillet, coat.
- Prepare Gratin: Transfer mixture to a baking dish. In a bowl, melt remaining butter, toss with breadcrumbs and parsley. Sprinkle over shrimp.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Serve with lemon wedges.
