Description

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak cubes until browned, and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, cook until fragrant. Return steak to the pan, toss in the garlic butter for 1 minute.
