Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak cubes until browned, and cooked to desired doneness.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, cook until fragrant. Return steak to the pan, toss in the garlic butter for 1 minute.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.
