Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Peach Filling: In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, ¾ cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let sit.
- Mix Cobbler Batter: In another bowl, whisk flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until smooth.
- Assemble Cobbler: Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add batter without stirring. Spoon peach mixture over batter.
