Instructions

  1. Prepare Broth: In a large pot, bring the broth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Vegetables: Add the chopped bok choy and mushrooms, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
