- 12 oz rotini or elbow macaroni pasta
Dressing:
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup pickle juice (divided)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente, then toss with 1/4 cup pickle juice.
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together remaining pickle juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix pasta with dressing, pickles, cheese, dill, and onion.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra dill or pickles.
