Description

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
  3. Roast: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower. Roast for 8–10 more minutes.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove from oven, add parsley if desired. Serve warm.
