Main Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
- Roast: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower. Roast for 8–10 more minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from oven, add parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes after roasting.
