Main Burger:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 4 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
- 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
- 4 burger buns (toasted)

Instructions
- Main Burger: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, panko breadcrumbs, green onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
- Cooking: Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, basting with additional teriyaki sauce. In the final minute, add cheese slices to melt. Grill pineapple rings for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Assembly: Spread mayonnaise on buns, add lettuce, chicken patty, grilled pineapple, and more teriyaki sauce. Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, marinate pineapple in teriyaki sauce before grilling.
