- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch round or square baking dish.
- Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, vanilla extract, oats, applesauce, coconut oil, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips by hand. Spread the batter in the baking dish and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
