Description

  • 2 lbs sirloin or chuck steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear the steak bites until browned.
  2. Mix the Sauce: Combine garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and seasonings. Pour over steak bites in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender.
  4. Thicken Sauce: Optional: Mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
