Pasta:

Sauce:

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- Prepare the Sauce: Sauté garlic, shallot, and red pepper flakes. Add tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, and cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
