Rice:

- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown chicken, and set aside.
- Prepare Mushroom Sauce: Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Add thyme.
- Cook Rice: Toast rice, add broth, and simmer until tender.
